• 1C cacao butter, melted
  • 1/2C cacao powder
  • 1/2C coconut sugar
  • 1t vanilla extract


  1. Grind coconut sugar in high speed blender to a fine powder. Set aside.
  2. Melt cacao butter in dehydrator or in a bowl over a saucepan of water on the stove, over a low heat.
  3. Pour into blender. Add all other ingredients.
  4. Blend.
  5. Pour into molds, and set for 10-20 minutes in fridge.
