• 1C sun dried tomatoes (the dried ones without oil*), soaked
  • 1C olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic*If you can only get the oily ones, don’t soak them, just drain off excess oil or use less olive oil.


  1. Process all ingredients in high speed blender or food processor.
  2. Transfer to an airtight container and store in fridge. Will keep for up to 4 weeks – or longer in the freezer.
