- 1C sun dried tomatoes (the dried ones without oil*), soaked
- 1C olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic*If you can only get the oily ones, donβt soak them, just drain off excess oil or use less olive oil.
- Process all ingredients in high speed blender or food processor.
- Transfer to an airtight container and store in fridge. Will keep for up to 4 weeks – or longer in the freezer.
