Another beauty this week from my new chocolate ebook! I made these chocolate orange tarts for my first ever day at Northey Street, way back in 2010. The recipe has been modified slightly now – I think I was still making avocado chocolate back then – but, chocolate + orange = can’t ever go wrong.By the way, Northey Streeters: prepare to be fed for real, SOON! xx

  1. Grind almonds into a meal in high speed blender, and transfer to mixing bowl.
  2. Mix in dates and cacao powder. Add oil last.
