Ingredients
- 1/2 an apple, grated
- 1/4C sultanas
- 1T buckwheat crispies {soaked & dehydrated buckwheat}
- 1/4C sunflower seeds / pepitas
- 2T coconut sugar
- 1T sesame seeds
- 1/2C golden flax, ground
- 1/4C water
Steps
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
- Roll into cookie shapes on lined dehydrator tray.
- Dehydrate for 12-24 hours, depending on desired chewiness /crunchiness.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
