Ingredients

  • 1/2 an apple, grated
  • 1/4C sultanas
  • 1T buckwheat crispies {soaked & dehydrated buckwheat}
  • 1/4C sunflower seeds / pepitas
  • 2T coconut sugar
  • 1T sesame seeds
  • 1/2C golden flax, ground
  • 1/4C water

Steps

  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
  2. Roll into cookie shapes on lined dehydrator tray.
  3. Dehydrate for 12-24 hours, depending on desired chewiness /crunchiness.
  4. Store in an airtight container in the fridge or freezer.
