• 1C peanuts
  • 2C cashews, soaked
  • 1/2 – 3/4C coconut sugar
  • 1/4C cacao powder
  • 3/4C coconut oil
  • 1C water
  • 1t salt


  1. Place all ingredients, except water, into high speed blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding water gradually.
  3. Pour into individual ice cream trays, or a suitable tub, and freeze.
