Ingredients
- 1C peanuts
- 2C cashews, soaked
- 1/2 – 3/4C coconut sugar
- 1/4C cacao powder
- 3/4C coconut oil
- 1C water
- 1t salt
Steps
- Place all ingredients, except water, into high speed blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, adding water gradually.
- Pour into individual ice cream trays, or a suitable tub, and freeze.
