Ingredients

  • 2 onions
  • 1/2C date paste (dates blended with water)
  • 1T olive oil
  • 1t tamari (optional)

Steps

  1. Thinly slice onion.
  2. Place in a bowl with dates, oil and tamari. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Spread out on lined dehydrator trays and dehydrate for 2-4 hours, until soft.
