In celebrating the fact that I have survived the most revolting, debilitating few months of baby sickness, and can now eat raw food again, I thought I’d share my recipe for the easiest raw vegan yoghurt with y’all. It’s so, so, so good, and so quick and easy, there’s no excuse not to make it!


  • 1 young Thai coconut, juice and flesh
  • 1t probiotic powder
  • 1t vanilla extract


  1. Put all ingredients in your blender, and blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into a glass jar, cover, and leave out until morning. It should be thick and creamy, and incredibly delicious!
  3. If you prefer your yoghurt a bit more on the runny side, just blend in more coconut water (or just plain water). Enjoy!
