In celebrating the fact that I have survived the most revolting, debilitating few months of baby sickness, and can now eat raw food again, I thought I’d share my recipe for the easiest raw vegan yoghurt with y’all. It’s so, so, so good, and so quick and easy, there’s no excuse not to make it!
Ingredients
- 1 young Thai coconut, juice and flesh
- 1t probiotic powder
- 1t vanilla extract
Steps
- Put all ingredients in your blender, and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass jar, cover, and leave out until morning. It should be thick and creamy, and incredibly delicious!
- If you prefer your yoghurt a bit more on the runny side, just blend in more coconut water (or just plain water). Enjoy!
